We needed RV storage with short notice around Xmas time, and Kurt and Trish were beyond accommodating. Very fair prices, offered to dump/clean our holding tanks, and were flexible when our changed flight altered our pick up date/time. Safe location and close to Austin Airport - would 100% recommend!
Only place in Austin I would recommend to store and service your RV. Kurt the owner is an expert and makes sure every request is met. Highly recommend using these guys!
First 20 mins in my first trip in my first RV and an overgrown tree takes off my passenger side mirror. Called up Easy Rv and was seen that hour. Brian spent A LOT of time trying to seal the support back together but it wouldn't hold. Instead, he was able to Frankenstein a support out of pre fab metal and gorilla tape. I was concerned at first but it's been about 850 miles and still going strong. Brian saved the day, probably our trip AND he didn't charge me a single cent, even after I insisted. He was genuine interested in just getting me back on the road. I dont think you can ask for a better customer experience than that.
These guys are RV pros and took care of my Class A Phaeton. Not only are they a storage spot but they answer all my questions and take care of everything from my warranty claims and repairs to dumping and cleaning my coach at the end of my adventures. From start to finish I've been impressed with the level of service at Easy RV Storage.
