I dropped my car off on a Wednesday to have some warranty work and routine maintenance taken care of. We were told that it be the following week before they were able to complete the repairs needed, which we were already expecting. Much to my surprise I received a phone call on Friday afternoon letting me know that my car was all finished and ready to be picked up! Everything on the list had been completed and they did an excellent job! Couldn't ask for more from my dealership!
I worked with Travis Elder on the purchase of my used 2018 Nissan Altima. Travis did what he said would do and had us in and out of the dealership, in an hour. His communication is top notch and his friendliness and great attitude will make me refer him to friends and def buy my next vehicle from him. I was recently scammed at a Houston dealership and Travis and the folks at Gulf Coast were apologetic and sensitive to that. I highly recommend Travis for all your Buick, Chevy or GMC needs. They also have a great selection of used vehicles. Kevin Kraus handled our financing and is also the Internet sales manager. Kevin was kind, informative and efficient at his job, as well. We came on the lot yesterday and was greeted by Cathy. We had a horrible experience in Richwood a few days earlier and were very standoffish. She was so friendly let us take the vehicle on a drive. The GM went out of his way to give our boys some hot wheels and hats. They were so happy. At the end of the day we drove home in a Chrysler 300. An amazing experience with an amazing group of people.
