•tThe wait time was not the biggest issue, the non-communication about the wait was the issue. CUSTOMER SERVICEn•tIt is unacceptable to sit in a waiting room for 30 minutes and listen to someone talk loudly to patients on the phone and have those patients on speakerphone as well discuss their health and insurance issues. HIPPA VIOLATIONn•tIt is unacceptable to have a healthcare worker come into a room (while we were still standing) and not introduce themselves; and then offer the wrong person a cup of something and then ask who is the patient? PATIENT SATISFACTION, PATIENT IDENTIFICATIONn•tIt is unacceptable to ask for an Office Manager and no one comes to speak to you as if you or your concerns do not matter. PATIENT SATISFACTION, WE DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PATIENT

Been going to this place for same time Now Pretty happy whit service doctors and students are really nice Only person that have really bad Attitude her name is Sandra at front Desk she’s Worthless I don’t know why they have her there She doesn’t know how to communicate with people definitely don’t belong there She’s ghetto ud83eudd2e

Horrible. They changed their prices on us up until they did the job, double booked us and ended up charging an arm and a leg for a horrible job. They left my wife with 2 students. The actual dentist didn’t check the work afterwards. They did a number of extractions and didn’t stitch half of them. They also hit a nerve in her mouth that caused extreme pain. They also offered her (a pregnant woman) ibuprofen. All in all, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Here’s the best part, they didn’t complete the script for her medications afterwards.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I felt comfortable and they did a good job.
