Great trip and the weather was wonderful. The only thing that should have been better was where we stayed in Sydney. It was a small hotel in the middle of Chinatown, breakfast was available but it was at another hotel about a block away.. $40 round trip each time that we went to see the harbor, the Bridge and the Opera House.

We just got back from a 3 week trip around Australia. Ana Musgray from About Australia did an absolutely fabulous job helping us create the itinerary for 4 people. Ana was extremely knowledgeable and answered our many questions. All flights, hotels, shuttles, tours and rental cars all worked flawlessly. It was an amazing once in a lifetime trip, and I highly recommend About Australia.

We had a great experience booking our 19 day Australia-New Zealand vacation with Chris from About Australia. Overall, everything went smoothly, we were extremely happy with the hotels and their locations, and the recommendations for tours were all stellar. The highlights of our trip were snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef off of Port Douglas, the Penguins on Phillip Island in Melbourne, and literally everything about Queenstown. Chris was especially great at handling some last minute changes we requested the week before!nnBesides some delayed email response times and a few minor issues (shuttle locations and tour pick-up inaccurate [make sure you reconfirm yourself!], one shuttle we had to change the time on because it would have gotten us to the airport after check-in closed) we would highly recommend About Australia when planning a trip 'Down Under' because they take the stress out of the logistics of multiple flights and transfers along with their personal insight into locations/tours.

Appreciate working with Chris initially with planning our Australian and New Zealand trip.nnMarissa Stroud took over after the staffing change and she is AH- MAZING. I love her enthusiasm, passion and expertise that made us really look forward to the trip. She responded promptly and offered a lot of good information and suggestions. I started telling everyone I know to check out About Australia and specifically ask for Marissa! She embodies all the qualities of destination specialist. She even went out of her way to do check on a special souvenir my daughter lost at an excursion to Hobitton. Thought I would just try but she did her magic. Can’t appreciate her enough.nnOverall, process was easy and would love to plan another trip someday!

Our trip to Australia was so wonderful! We went to many distant places and experienced real outback adventures. It took a lot of planning and skill to put together our itinerary. Flights, accommodations, transportation and tours were seamlessly combined. Lightning Ridge proved to be a high point among our numerous destinations. Thank you Koda, Melanie and Paul.
