I really don’t like writing negative reviews, with that being said I think my experience and current dilemma needs to be told so that everyone can make the best informed decision possible.nnAll be it due to Covid, my cruise for 2020 was canceled and the refund was requested in August 2020. The full amount was refunded to the cruise center and confirmed by Bobbie Dunning December 18 2020. Please note, royal Caribbean said the refund would take 45 days and not 4 months, I have been patient and waited understanding that things change and issues sometimes arise.nnWe are now in the middle of January 2021 and Bobby has not released a penny.nnI’m afraid my money has been stolen and I will never see it again.nnI would avoid doing business with this company or Bobby Dunning at all costs.nnI have all emails for proof of all statements made.nnEDIT: I was finally sent a refund check and it bounced! Now I am still out of the money and I have bounced check fees that I have to pay.

Utilized their services for family cruises, chick cruises and couple cruises. Patient and thorough. Interested in finding us the best possible accommodations and prices. BJ and Harold

A a first time cruiser, I was not given ANY information regarding birth certificates, passports, any forms of ID you have to have upon reboarding ship, was not told you have to register for an account to access boarding pass or baggage tags...they book your cruise but don't tell you really important stuff!!!!!! All the details of the cruise we had to get on our own...will use another cruise center on next cruise

The Cruise Center doesn't have a wheelchair ramp or anyway for people using walkers to get into their building.

Not very friendly or helpful staff. It seemed like we were an inconvenience for being there.
