I just waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to get my medicine that I had to wait on for three days to get, and I ended up having to leave because during that 40 minutes......only two cars went through the line. There was three more cars in front of me. That was completely ridiculous! When I tried to call them on the phone rang....and rang on and on until it finally hung up on me. It is very difficult to get them on the phone! That has happened on many occasions!

Nobody answers the phones they just ring til they hang up on you I have called back to back 4 times now and I know it can't be that busy bc it's almost time for them to be closing. Who wants to use a pharmacy they can't get to answer the phone. I mean as busy as Walgreens or CVS is at least they answer and put you on hold for an hour they don't just hang up in your face

My daughter uses and has used this pharmacy for some time. They almost always have to wait till the next day for med to come in. When a child needs med, they need it THAT DAY and not late the next afternoon. I keep telling her to change pharmacies.

Very LONG lines. Also not very pleased with the new drive thru worker. Not to be mean, but he's not very personable. I felt like I was bothering him to do his job. I've been waiting for over 15 mins and have had three cars already leave in front of me because of the long wait. This is my second time through the line because they didn't have my Rx ready the first go around. I'm anticipating at least 20 more mins of a wait. Neighborhood Walmart right up the street is so much more helpful, faster and professional. Going to transfer my Rx there after this one.
