Currently my favorite store, the clothes are really good quality
The employees there were very rude, were not helpful at all. The manager didn’t know how to situate a problem when I had one, she was just on her employee side and the employee lied to her manager and said my friend and I called her the b word. When I asked the manager if she could put something on hold she said “you can ask someone else about I am on my lunch” but in a rude tone. I was very disappointed shopping there.
Drove 80 miles to return an online order and they refused to return it or even put it to merchandise credit. Sorry but you just lost me as a shopper.
This store is so amazing! I moved to San Antonio from Florida and was sooooo happy when I saw that a Windsor was coming to SA. I went shopping for a gala and Sarah helped me so much! Definitely my go-to store!
