Asked them for an ad to benefit youth sports. Relatively inexpensive and would have benefited them greatly. It was a hard NO. Know who you do biz with and know who doesn't give back to the community.

The clasp on a necklace was broken. . . A necklace my parents gifted me years ago (and not purchased at Alexander’s.) I dropped in for help. The necklace was repaired with a new clasp in a timely manner. But that’s it all. . . Walking into the front door, my first impression was “ WOW!!” There is light accentuated by the decor, color, vibrancy, a fresh aroma. . . And such warm, a welcoming greeting. The establishment, hospitality, and customer service are all superb. I can’t wait to come back and shop when I have more time!! With Rolex on the menu, I’m sure I can find SOMETHING!
