Came in on 3/7/21 to get a haircut. Checked in through the app. I believe Thomas was the name of the man who cut my hair. Let me tell you, he did a GREAT job. I wasn't in the best of moods today, and I didn't talk much, but the stylist was exceptional. One of the best cuts I have received there and I will continue to request him. I have been going here for years. I started using Morgan about a year ago and the whole experience increased in quality and personalized service. Morgan takes her time and gives you a great hair cut with the best service I have ever received.
Great atmosphere the girls are awesome
Super friendly but not rub-their-chest-on-you friendly. Love to upsell. Maybe upselling works better if the customer is 30ish, single, flush with cash, and likes women to extract money from him.
Will not go back. Sat there for 2 hours. Waited and patiently waited. Been going there for 5 yrs. And all of a sudden my comments for the style of haircut were suddenly gone. Very dissatisfied, will not be back.
