They had what I was looking for which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Otherwise, this would be one of those “Zero stars if I could” reviews. First, they’re insanely expensive. I went there for a knee immobilizer. Online they sell for anywhere from $20 - $40. It was $60 here. (I realize a speciality pharmacy is going to have significant markup, but still wanted to mention it in case some people weren’t).nnThe main issue was the customer service. They acted completely disinterested and like they were doing you a favor. I was having trouble adjusting the brace to fit my leg (had to try to do it myself) and the woman laughed at me.

My medications were filled incorrectly at this pharmacy (twice), which has never happened at other pharmacies. I reported the issue to one of the lead pharmacists, and he refused to investigate the specific issue. He also blamed the situation on misuse or other error on my part even after I provided third-party documentation of tests that showed issues with the medication. Oakdell leadership appears to be unwilling to work with customers to remedy issues due to their products or address potential errors.
