Was a customer for over 12 years they can't even fix their website properly. Next year will be switching to Turbo or H&R block and encourage everyone else to as Jackson Hewitt as a company has gone downhill for the last 5 years.

Mrs. Virginia Kleier is the absolute BEST!!! She has been doing our taxes for many years now. She always give us the best advice and gets us in and out as quick as possible. She is a very kind person and has the BEST customer service skills I have ever seen in an individual. We will continue to work with her until she retires!!!!! I will Never Use a different preparer or location nor tax preparation company.....unless....SHE IS THERE!!!
