Gave my paperwork to a tax preparer for drop off service; was told I’d be contacted later that day. Never received a call or even an email. Tried calling back several times, but couldn’t connect with anyone. Horrible location, nonexistent follow up. They have lost a customer.

I loved how my needs were all met 100%. Also, she made sure i had the knowledge i needed to know exactly where we were in the process and kept my attention the whole time.

Very quick easy process. Last year when filing I didn't get much back he was very understanding of my frustration and confusion. He was really there to help make the process even tho a very unexpected out come less painful. Thus year I showed up early. He saw me almost right away. Had it done with 15 minutes and was on my way out the door before my appointment time. Lol
