We used Paint Masters of Texas to paint our entire home in order to stage it to sell. The experience was absolutely wonderful. The workmanship was impeccable. The painters were very professional, extremely kind, punctual and very hard working painters. They worked continuously each day, all day, & every day until the work was completed. The owner of the company was a delight to work with and extremely fair. I have worked with many contractors in the past, and this company is at the top of the list. I would hire them again without any hesitation.
Charlie came out and inspected our job and spent time with us. We had to tweak the written bid a number of times to get very specific as to what we wanted done and he never had a problem doing that. The crew that he sent our way was always on time and well supervised. There were always 2-4 men on the job. He allowed us to provide the paint so the bid was only for labor. We had 3 or 4 other bids and his bid was, by far, the most conclusive and professional as it addressed everything right down to the insurance questions. He did not submit an invoice to us until we told him we were satisfied with the job. He gives very reasonable terms and allows you to pay with a credit card if you so choose. Getting a two story custom home painted is not inexpensive but after the job was done we feel good about it and are confident that if the need to arise, he would honor his warranty. We are pleased with the work that was done for us.
