We have gone to Alison Cox at this H&R Block for the past 4 years. We look forward to seeing her each year as she is always so friendly and cheerful. She is very knowledgeable and works so hard to get us the absolute best tax return possible each year. (We feel like she wouldn't work any harder if we were family). This year for some reason we were afraid she wasn't at H&R Block any longer and we nearly panicked until we got her e-mail appointment reminder. What a relief! We HIGHLY recommend you call and ask for Alison!

I had to leave the guy that was suppose to do my taxes was sooo CONFUSED it made me confused!!! I NEVER had this problem before, he made me feel so uncomfortable. If I'm gonna be paying for a service I would like for the person to know what there doing and make me feel comfortable when doing it!!!

I would like to come back maybe if I am able to get a coupon to have a cheaper price. I like knowing that I will get my taxes done right.
