I have been ordering off the app for several months now and never had any issues until today... it wasn't anything bad just we asked both of the sandwiches to be cut in half and they were not... and we asked for Napkins and there were not any in the bag... everything else was great as usual... thanks for all of your great work
An hour and 22 minutes is how long I waited to get my sandwich! Freaky fast is false advertising!
I ordered online and asked to take off the cucumber and add guacamole, as well as another sub. My subs was not done how I had asked but the second sub was done with all the changes. Slightly upset but they had pretty good customer service
I’ve recently become a big JJ fan. It’s really the bread! I have a couple shops I frequent, but Saturday I ordered to pick up at this place. It not like it was bad. But compared to my other shops, the insides seemed stingy. The sandwich was more bread than insides...basically it was a Subway. Again, not bad, but I won’t return to this location.
Ordered sandwiches for pick up. Guy who answered the phone to take my order wasn't very friendly. When I went to pick up my sandwich order I asked for a cup of water. He then told me that there would be a charge? My husband who was just at the store a few weeks before got water no problem. I just think when you spend $16 on 2 sandwiches you should be able to get a glass of water no charge. They also didn't include napkins. I had to go back and ask for them. Not a very good experiance. We should have went to the other one on Nacogdoches.
