Pizza Hut

I typically love Pizza Hut but this location did not do well... I placed an online order at about 5:15 pm for pick-up at 6:30 pm. We arrived for our order (pizza, pasta and wings) only to be told at 6:41 that the pizza is ready but everything else is not and they would bring it out to me when it was but had no idea how long it would take. I noticed that we were 1 of 2 cars waiting for our order and wondered what could be taking so long as I had been sitting there for 15 minutes at this point and no other customers had come and gone and also no delivery drivers had left the building. They then brought out the pizza and stated that the pasta was about to be started and they were not sure about the wings yet but that I could have the pizza now. I told them that the pizza would only get cold and they should just bring everything out together when it is ready. They said that since the pizza has already left the building they could NOT take it back inside and I need to take it from them if I wanted to get my pasta and wings. Keep in mind, I have already paid for my order so I should be getting my food regardless, there was no need to say I could only get it if I took the pizza. I then asked if I could just cancel my order because at this point it is now after 7:00 pm (over 30 minutes past my pick-up time.) They said no I could not and would need to wait for my order and then walked away. I got out of my car and opened their door, placed the pizza on the counter and asked for a refund. The manager then brought me my money and I left. It was completely unacceptable as I have ordered from that location before with no issues. I then ordered from a different location and received better customer service and timely food.

This evening I ordered a medium veggie pizza. I picked it up curbside. When I got home I realized it had pepperoni and sausage on it. I called and spoke with a woman. She asked about the order # on my receipt but the gentleman never gave me a receipt with my pizza. Then she asked me about my phone #. The man who took my order didn't take down my phone #.nI explained to the woman I can prove I order the pizza from there because I paid with my debit card. She refused to believe I ordered a pizza.nI told her I was going to call my bank and stop the charges and she laughed at me and told to be happy I got a pizza.nThey didn't take down my phone# or give me a receipt and gave me the wrong pizza and then laughed at me about it.nWhat a terrible way to run a business.

Pizza was made really well cheese pizza was the favorite especially how they cook cheese on the crust

Nice place had a good time except the topings on my pizza was a bit less.

I love this Pizza Hut. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Alfredo pasta is delicious and pizza is one if a kind.
