Avoid this location If possible. Manager Joshua was extremely rude. I ordered a pizza n it was never delivered. I called to see why my order was never received n was told that a fresh pizza would be made n sent out right away. I continued to wait an additional30 minutes with still no pizza. I called n spoke with the manager and he proceeded to be rude n said he would just cancel my order then hung up on me. When the pizza delivery guy finally got here he was very nice n professional. He gave us the pizza complimentary. When we took the pizza inside and opened it there was no cheese on it. After this I will be contacting corporate and sending the picture of the pizza. I love Dominio's BUT they NEVER EVER get my order right. I don't have transportation so I always place an order for delivery @ least once a week. Last week I waited 2 hours on my order, when it got here they forgot my drinks. It took another 45 minutes for them to bring them out. They didn't apologize nor give us any credit, nothing . Today I ordered my pizza light on the sauce, I got my order and it came with NO SAUCE. ITS LIKE JUST EATING CHEESE ON BREAD. I wanted sauce just not a blob of sauce. They either put too much or none. why can't I just get a little? On other occasions they just always forget something.

I’ve been on hold going on ten minutes. I’m actually okay with holding but customer service training should be taught to check back with your customer max 3-4 minutes. I don’t usually choose Dominos but after calling Pizza Hut and they were closed early I decided to give this place a try. Please train employees to check back with callers. We understand you get busy but not checking back with customers is not good. Finally David answered the line and took my order as expected, respectful and got it correct.

My son and I went to this location on 02/17. The entire team here was hustling to get people their food and there was a line of us. At one point this older gentleman (I’m calling him that out of respect) came up RUDE! He was so mean and ugly to the staff and to the manager. I wanted to give a five star rating because 1. They were working while possibly having no lights or water at home. 2. They were cold too. 3. They all handled that mean man so professionally they deserve all the kudos. This man was cussing them out and calling them everything but their names Hopefully someone important sees this because they all deserve a raise.

Very nice people pizza always hot and fresh not like the very mean people on Jackson killer no one out pizza’s the hut not to sure about that domino’s just did with no attitude remind you
