Been in there twice thus far, and the first time was pretty good. The second time however, the lady acted like she was too busy to really help (she was alone so she probably was), and they were out of almost everything to make a caramel macchiato. Not saying that it should be a priority, but I do know of other coffee shops that I've never had this issue with.

Staff was painfully slow and argumentative. Order was inaccurate. Missing several pieces of key equipment to be efficient. Would not go back till staff is retrained and equipment brought up to DD's standards.
