Horrible. I’ve visited this location multiple times. But my last two visits were horrible the cashier was so rude I almost went off on her!! My dad told her we were ready to check out after we had been waiting in line for almost 5 mins. She literally looked over at us turned back around to finish what she was doing and then came to cash us out. Ridiculous. She has been rude like this on multiple occasions I will not be back.

I was in there a couple of weeks ago and the girl in here was speaking to me while sitting on the floor in the back of the store and when she finally decided to stand up she flashed me because her dress was so short. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Made me feel as if I was disturbing her. I got a piercing there which I’ve gone two other times with my mom and I was never required to buy solution. It also took like thirty minutes to do because the lady took forever and talked a lot about the after care like it was life or death. She also had a really bad attitude like she hated her job.nI give it two stars because I went in today with my sister and she got her ears pierced and the lady who pierced me this time was very nice and help me find earrings.

I just came from this store & I was the only customer in there for 20 minutes. The girl working spoke to me multiple times & not once did she tell me or mention at all about it being card only transactions. I pick all my stuff out & get to the register & I’m told it’s card only. NO signs were out & I was never told this upon entering like??? Don’t you think that’s kind of a big deal that people should know you aren’t taking cash. I even offered to give exact change & she still said she couldn’t do it. Waste of my time. I’ll never return to this store due to ignorant customer service.

Very unsafe! Took my daughter to get a 2nd piercing. The attendant brought out the stool for her to set in. She told us it was a little wobbly, but when my daughter shifted to look in the mirror the top completely came off and she fell backwards cutting her arm, scratching and bruising the back other leg. No manager on duty to talk to and she won’t return my call. BE CAREFUL

If I could give this zeros stars I definitely would just walked in today with my cousins and we’re immediately approached by the door didn’t greet us or ask us for help just stood less than 6ft away pretending to play with earrings and fix them like we were gonna steal we were literally just laughing and one of the workers was in our face likeud83dudc41ud83dudc44ud83dudc41 lets just say don’t come in here if you’re a person of color ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f
