EDIT: was in here for a total of 45 minutes just to get my ring cleaned!nI am currently in zales. I've been in here waiting for about 20 minutes now, no one has said a word to me. People have come in after me and are being helped. I've move to different parts of the store hoping to get some help, but nothing. I'm not coming to this location again.

Arman is the man! the guy knows his craft and he is a great patient businessman if you guys need anything for that special someone at Zales this is the connection overall the staff is very professional and patient even with the holiday season and all that is going on excellent work thank you so much! Great experience! I had to get my ring inspected and last month the machine was out of service. I called today to confirm that the machine was working and was taken care of! Very professional service!
