JTI is the epitome of a family owned and run business. Their family is the foundation of their business and they’re are all amazing. Jim shares so much knowledge (and great stories), Mariah knows everything about style and designs amazing custom pieces. Jonathan can get you a good deal on any watch you want. Yolanda is the sweetest woman on earth but you know she’s the boss. They will always have my business.

Came looking for an Engagement ring for the love of my life after going to Jared/ Americus/ Kay jewelers and it was the right decision. I felt as if I was trying to be sold at the corporate stores and I was just another customer. At JTI I came in sort of stressed out, because of how difficult it was at the other stores. I found out the store is a mom and pop owned family business, which is what I like to support. Jim (the owner) made it one of the easiest and smoothest buys I’ve ever made. Great service, knowledge, and patience. Definitely recommend this fine jewelry store to anyone who wants to get the best diamond and service. God bless the family !

JTI Diamond Company was awesome and they have GREAT customer service. I called them and explained to Jim that I was in a crisis. I needed two sets of earrings with screw backs for Christmas for my granddaughters, who are 4yrs and the other 3 months. He explained that he didn’t carry pre-made ones, but that he could have some made within a day. Since Christmas was in three days I told him that would be great. I had my daughter go pick up the earrings since I was out of town. She called and told me that the earrings were beautiful and the girls were going to love them. Jim thank you for going the extra mile and for all your help. Again, “Extraordinary” customer service.

Everyone at JTI were super nice and professional. I had them customize a pendant for me and wasn't sure on what exactly I wanted or what would work but they nailed it and got creative! I was super happy with the outcome. Not to mention how quick the turn over was on finishing my job. I highly recommend JTI Diamond Co. For all your jewelry needs. I look forward to returning soon for more work.

Jim made our special visit one that was pleasant and enjoyable! He not only educated us about diamonds, but worked with us on selecting what was something that we wanted and could afford! He did everything possible to get a deal done and made us very happy! He took the time to go over every aspect before making a decision. We would recommend Jim and Yolanda to everyone that needs jewelry! Mariah is great at designing something special for anyone! A wonderful family owned business!
