I call on a daily basis to get office hours trying to pick up my son’s graduation pictures that have been paid for months in advance as per their request and still unable to obtain. I called yesterday at 10 in a.m. message stated they will be open Saturday 9 to noon I get there closed call and message now states summer hours and only open on Thursday and Friday 1-5 pm well I’m sorry we work and those aren’t even realistic hours for working parents. Leave messages and no one has returned my call. I’m about ready to call the news media to try and get my son’ s pictures. My grandma just passed away last week and I wasn’t able to share with her cause no one is ever available that’s a moment I will never get back. I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted with this business.

I've had a great experience with Grad Hub so far. My student at Cornerstone received his class ring from Grad Hub, which looked and fit great. Every time I've called the company directly, I've been helped with a cordial and professional rep over the phone. A payment plan on my ring was easy and no hassle. He will be fitted for his letterman jacket next week at Grad Hub. Every encounter I've had has been above and beyond on the customer service scale.
