I've always held on to old silver jewelry but decided to sell several rings today, I never wear them and they were taking up space in my jewelry box. They were roughly 22+ grams in total, as I was told. The rate for scrap silver is .80 cents per gram. I was offered only $13.00 for the jewelry. I know silver doesn't hold any value so I wasn't expecting much, but there's no good feeling about being underpaid. The silver was also in very good condition. $3-4 bucks isn't much to fuss over but if I ever decide to sell more silver or any of my gold, I won't go to this establishment, that's for sure. The guy wouldn't even go up to $15. Very chintzy and I was given no receipt, had to ask him how many grams the weight of the rings actually came to and had to take his word for it. Again, I will not be back in the future nor would I refer anyone I know personally to go there.

This place has fantastic customer service. They have missed my call a couple times but have always called back to get my inquiry. Their prices on gold and silver coins have been cheaper than online and other local prices.nnGreat customer service + low prices = win

The employee at Golden Cash exchange is very courteous and knowledgeable about the metals market. They give the best price for your metals.

I have been shopping and selling at pawn shops for years and was blown away by the professionalism of this establishment. David was so kind, courteous and helpful. He pays TOP DOLLAR for gold and has an amazing selection!!!! When it came to something I was selling he knew he couldn’t give me what I “felt” it was worth and he was honest with me, explained why and so nice about it. Another piece I was selling and he let me know I had a gem and to keep it! That’s the kind of people that are hard to find. Definitely recommend this place!!!!
