Been going to this barber shop for years, owner had a new dog inside the shop. My daughter was scared of the dog and instead of the owner putting the dog up to retain a client the owners excuse was “it’s his barbershop”. The fact that a owner doesn’t care for a client that’s been a regular to the barber shop for years is the reason for 1 star. Poor business owner and i feel sorry for the good barbers that lose clients because of a poor owner.

Wish the owner was more considerate when it comes to his customers. Customer service drives your business and when you don’t have great customer service....you go out of business.
