I love this place, it is my favorite place to do my eyebrows. As long as you communicate with the person doing your eyebrows it'll be great!

Wow where do I start: I thought I’d invite my daughter with me to have our eyelashes done for the first time, so I called the day before and set our appt for 6pm, so the day of our appt we arrive on time to find us still sitting there an hour and 15 minutes later still waiting until lady named Mona called my name, she did apologize earlier saying I’m sorry I didn’t know they (referring to the two ladies that were getting their hair done before us) wanted all this done. Well anyways when she began my eyebrows again she said speaking about the ladies that she had just serviced before us shenSaid they came in for only a haircut then added all these other services, well I don’t know about u but I would have kindly said, I’m sorry but I have 2 ladies in the waiting area whose appt was at 6pm, I would havenKindly told them to come back some other time, but no instead Mona did everything the ladies wanted while my daughter and I sat andnWaiting, which okay fine, I don’t mind spending quality time with my daughter, so we waiting as we chatted in the waiting room, anyways when Mona finally called me, she took like about 45 min to do my lashes, when she was finished, and it was my daughters turn she was in shock, she acted like she didn’t know my daughter was getting her lashes done too, she even asked if my daughter can come in the next morning, I told her no, we called yesterday to notice you and we both had an appt set for today so no, she said it’s cause I don’t know what time the mall closes at (the place we were getting our lashes done was in a mall), in my head I thought, ok u work here and still don’t know what time the mall closes at...then she said okay I can do them, she did them in less then 30 minutes, when she was done I took a look at my daughters lashes and the left side was higher than the right, my daughter said she told her before getting up from the chair but I don’t know if the lady tried to fix them or not, my daughter and I were standing outside in front of the salon and I asked her if she wanted me to go tell her to fix them, my daughter as sweet as she is said no mom it’s okay, she felt bad for the lady, my daughter ended up removing the eyelashes and we probably will not be going there again, we were treated unfair

Stopped in to try the facial which she described as lasting 35 minutes with cleansing, massage, masks etc., for $30.00 dollars. I was rushed and the door was constantly left opened as she went in and out to check the front. It was the worst facial ever. It last 20 minutes and no masks were applied. She also never changed the water and used the same water to cleanse my face when she applied a product. I hated to pay for the service and left a tip anyway! Ugh! STAY AWAY!

If you go here only let Fatima thread your eyebrows. I've been a customer for years. Today a young woman thread my eyebrows & she went too short on one. I will not be returning because they didn't offer NOT to charge me.
