Customer service is on point and they have a punch card system for comic books!!!
Some cool collectibles, but really not impressed with the staff. Knowledge is good on product, but their attitudes leave much to be desired as far as customer service. They seem to have an issue with employees that dont know enough to buy or trade for product, so you're restricted to coming in on their schedule(when employees who DO know enough happen to be there). I just feel like you should able to stop in to a collectibles shop and there should always be 1 employee on hand that can handle intake, buying, store credit etc. The lack-luster attitude of the gentleman I spoke with made it clear to me that he did not care if I spent my money there or somewhere else so, elsewhere it is. Definitely not the only place to buy in town, but they kinda act like it :/
Super chill with all the nerdy stuff you could hope for. The staff was friendly and helpful, yet not overbearing, which I appreciate.
