Jasmine (the girl with brown/blondish hair and glasses) was rude to us with attitude since we’ve entered the store. We were considerate enough to ask if they were at capacity (due to Covid-19), and she seemed so bothered by me even asking. Throughout the 5 minutes i was in that store, i felt uncomfortable because of the way she talked at us. Very poor customer service, you don’t treat people (especially those who are polite to you) like that.

Rude service today. I went in so happy to be in Baskin Robbins to get some great ice cream. Feeling excited too! The thin young lady with curly hair was very rude when I ordered my ice cream. I don’t know if she couldn’t hear me through the mask we all have to wear now. But even if she couldn’t hear me through the mask, no excuse for attitude and rudeness towards customers! I said I wanted something chocolate and when I finally decided I told her what I wanted and right away she said there are no sampling. I told her i didn’t want a sample, I want a cone with this particular ice cream. She then asked which ice cream, so I pointed at it again. She then said something i couldn’t hear and I asked her to repeat what she said. She then rudely pointed to the variety of cup sizes and with a loud attitude said which one of these...proceeding to wave her hand very ugly towards the cup sizes. All along I’m thinking I just told you a cone. Then by reflex and especially when someone has an aggressive attitude with me I then raised my voice back at her and said “cone!!” And proceeded to point to it just like she did to me when she pointed at the cups. Very awkward at that point! She handed me my ice cream and asked me to pay. We said nothing else after. It was awkward and not a happy feeling being in one of my favorite places that I’ve enjoyed going to in the past. I really lost my appetite for the ice cream cone!! I had looked forward to getting my ice cream on my ride over there. Very rude service! I saw other comments about rude service there and that’s so sad. I’ve gone there many times and it’s never been this way before.

Says they close at 10pm. Showed up at 9:05 and door locked, then they shut the lights off and motioned they are closed
