They were out of my requested donuts but didn't tell me until I got to the window and the ones I switched for, were bland and dry. Coffee wasn't sweetened. My 3 stars are based on the visit as a whole. While food and drink were not good, the employee was really nice and didntry to accommodate. Sadly, I did not taste my food and drink until after I left the drive thru

Came here yesterday and today and service was great both times. The 2 employees working the counter yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon were awesome and friendly!! Their good vibes totally made my moms and my day. They seemed happy and very welcoming. :) it goes a long way when you give off happy positive vibes. You all keep those smiles on your face, they do a lot for the customers!
Newer location, nice service. Clean, and nice selection of baked goods and got coffee. The only down point is it's off a really busy street. It's tricky to pull in and out of. May need to loop around.
Employee lied saying the straw and everything was in the bag.nnI guess I asked too much of the staff when I requested a sausage patty be added to my sandwich.nnForgot the straw, patty and espresso shot.nnIts cool tho may have caught another Employee on a bad day like the other 2 times at this store.nnNot all dunkin are bad but this place blows...
