Pros: It can be difficult to combine truly excellent aviators with business acumen and customer service. Craig's team aces that. I don't think there's anything wrong with a CFI trying to build time, but you won't find it here either way. These CFIs are full time Corporate pilots and other kinds of professionals that just love flying and teaching. They are very good at what they do.nnCons: There are some limits on the company's growth (not sure why). VA certification does not cover advanced certificates and there is no multi option here, leased, rented, etc. etc. As such, you probably won't be able to complete all of a career-track here.
