They don’t answer the phone. Most of the packages are pretty pricy as well. But great website and service when they do answer.
We booked our first cruise here. They told us what to do from the moment we got we arrived at the Port. We had a wonderful time for 7 days for being our first time. She advised us on what to take with us and even had some great pictures and stories to tell us about her past Cruise's which made us not so nervous.
Carla was very helpful. We knew very little about cruises. She took her time explaining all the options and booking the cruise. Learned a lot of information from Carla. Their fees are low. We'll definitely use Carla and Megatravel again.
Won't call you back when you had to cancel due to work and agent won't help you get your insurance claim back
Connie is very nice and professional at her job.
