Less options for nails then place next door. Okay for simple manicure. Also i noticed they don't always cut cuticles/use cuticle oil. Wasn't sure if they forget or do it intentionally because I take care of my nails at home
Received a deluxe pedicure today. They were slammed however that is no excuse for uncleanliness and a disregard to Texas license regulations. The technician working on the customer beside me tried to use the magnetic jet from her tub (full of water) directly in my pedicure tub without sanitizing or even cleaning. After complaining that this wasn’t cleaned, another technician came over and redid my tub with a new liner, jet, and water. The rest of the pedicure was decent. The nail tech did not let the polish dry in between coats and I had two toenails where the polish peeled off after taking the “in between toe thingy” off. The paint job is terrible. I have finger prints in some nails and polish surrounding other nails. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
They do a good job. The hot stones are soaked in cold water so they’re NOT hot. And it seems unprofessional for an employees son to run around throwing stuff and messing with customers.
it was my first time getting my nails done ever lol but she was soo fast and good! she cleaned everything in front of me and gave me exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend that you guys ask for Mimi ! I got acrylic dip and it was $50, even with an initial on one finger. def coming back.
Very very very poor quality and over priced. Ruined my wife’s nails. She bow has to pay more money to get them fixed. Will be letting the BBB know as well. Shame on yall
