The new owners/management had the duplex my daughter moved into updated it's very nice for the price!

WORST PLACE TO LIVE. Rent is quite a lot for how poorly they run this place. Maintenance is horrible and the manager doesn’t care about their residence. And to pay for a dog to live there is quite a lot for how their quality of the place is. Would honestly live here when their is better and nicer people managing and running this place. They need to work on things more and finish their jobs to keep the residence happy.

Air conditioning was old and didn't cool well, neighbors harrassed my dogs by throwing cigarette butts at them, management did nothing. Neighbors argue of unmarked parking spots. Grounds are dirty and pool is full of leaves.
