Definitely the realtor you need to go to if you’re looking for a place. Me and my husband were first time home buyers and we had the honor of having Chris Blanc as our real estate agent. He always provided us with information and answered any questions we had. Definitely made us feel comfortable and confident with the whole process of buying a home! He even helped us with letting us rent an apartment temporarily so we wouldn’t be jumping from hotel to hotel while waiting for our house to close. All in all an amazing and professional realtor Sunburst Realty is the one.

I worked with Christophe from the beginning to the end of my search for a home in the Cen-Tex region and I am very impressed with the high-level of service I received throughout the process. We looked at three houses and was able to settle on a great one because of Christophe's perseverance and desire to delivery high-quality service. The digital walkthroughs and information he shared about each house sufficiently supplanted an in-person visit (this was in the latter half of 2020). His combine knowledge of house construction, home rental, and the region in general left me with great information to make sound choices for my real estate investment. Hopefully, when I get the change to purchase another home in the region, I will definitely seek to work with Christophe. I highly recommend employing his services.
