I am really giving her 0 stars but Google won’t allow that. My husband and I recently tried to purchase a home from her and some sellers...we had a verbal agreement to the amount and we had already signed off on the amounts. The very next day our realtor received a text from her saying that the sellers and her and gone with another offer behind our backs!!! DO NOT trust this woman! She has terrible ethics and does things to benefit herself and her clients.

Mary Jane Reality was beyond expectations. From the moment she answered our first online inquiry and through closing she provided in-depth knowledge of VA Loans, the local area, vendors, homes, and real estate legalities. I have bought and sold many homes in my life, but nothing has comes close to the the quality and ease Mary Jane provided. Our desire was to move from Washington to Texas. We flew down and within 9 days we had an accepted offer on our new home. She was able to arrange the VA inspections within a day of our acceptance and we flew back to Washington confident we were well represented.
