Made a plumbing claim with our home warranty and this company was assigned. Never heard from them so decided to call the next day. No answer so I left a message. No return call so tried again a few hours later. Still no answer. Called my home warranty and informed them of this. They tried reaching out to them with me on hold. They didn’t answer for them either. Avoid this company.
I had purchased a stove from Lowe's on Janurary 11th and was told they would call me within 48 hours. They called to set up the appointment to install my stove and the date was set for Janurary 22nd. The 22nd came around and they NEVER called about coming to install my appliance. They did NOT show up during our scheduled time either. I have tried calling multiple times to get ahold of someone and have recieved no response. If I could leave less than one star I would. This was a terrible expeirence.nnAfter this ordeal, I called Lowe's again and they were able to set me up with another contractor.
I wish I was writing a review about the actual services, but unfortunately I have yet to receive my dryer I ordered from Lowe’s so I can’t speak on their service, and at this rate I’m led to believe i never will. I have called them so many times and have yet to receive a call back, so i can only speak on their customer service, which is absolute garbage. As someone else mentioned, I have been given the run around from Lowe’s/ramco for about a MONTH now and I cannot wait to wash my hands of them.
I personally have never used business, However if they works at all the way they drives I would never Hire. No consideration for life on the road. Speeding down the highway, swerving in and out of traffic. I wish I could of actually got license plate to report his driving, however he was driving so fast I couldn’t keep up at 75mph. Hope this helps describe the kind of people that work for this business.
Ramco Plumbing came out and did some work at my house. They not only did the work, they explained how to work everything and made sure I was satisfied. They were very professional and they did a great job. Thank you Ramco Plumbing.
