Sadly, this company appears to want to take advantage of the current chaos happening in Texas after the winter storm to gouge its customers. I have a leak in my yard right now. A few months ago I had an identical leak a few meters away, and I was charged $500 by another company for the entire job. Roto-Rooter quoted $750 JUST TO DIG THE HOLE. After that it would cost even more to actually fix the issue. Don't let these price gougers rip you off.

I have used Mr. Rooter several different times to do several different repairs and Nathan has always been promt, professional, and friendly. Nathan ALWAYS goes out of his way to make sure that repairs are done correctly and within budget.
