Fast service. New unit works great! They were $2000.00 less than the competition. They gave an honest opinion, and didn't encourage me to invest in frivolous equipment, that I didn't need. Install was done in one day, and they removed the old equipment.
I called this company under recommendation they never called me back to schedule an appointment...
Lying crooks. Sold me and entire ac unit on a brand new house. It went out in 6 years. They tried to sale me a brand new unit saying mine is old. Wouldn't warranty their work or equipment. They then tried offer me a deal on a new one since they screwed up. Come to find out it was a manufacturer rebate and not theirs. If you own a foam house stay away. My honest and fair warning. Anyone want more explanation please contact me at [email protected]. I have no problem telling y'all my dealings.
My renters moved in yesterday and wouldn’t you know, the air wasn’t working properly. Even though it’s a weekend, we really need help so I call Rabroker. A technician comes out, charges me almost 300 dollars, and the temp continues to rise in the apartment my tenants are renting. I call again late Saturday night and get to talk to the same tech. He tells me that I’ll be charged another weekend call out fee if it’s a different problem than the one he just addressed ( I do question if the young man addressed the problem at all). So it’s 90 degrees in the apartment where my new tenants just moved in. I feel terrible and will not use Rabrokernagain
Purchased 2 Lennox units from Rabroker, Kelly was the salesman. The experience and follow-up could not have been better. They arrived on time, completed the work, cleaned up and then rechecked to make sure everything was done. We then had them install 2 iWave air purifiers in that home, 2in our home in Austin and 2 in my son's Austin home. . Arsenio did these instillations. Again a good job. Highly recommend this company.
