Big thanks to the manager Brooks and his crew. Everything looked great and more importantly tasted great. There was 1 small issue but Brooks made it right quickly and professionally. Best pizza Hut experience I've had in a long time....again Thank you so much.
This Pizza Hut is awesome. They forgot our icing for our cinnamon sticks and normally we say forget about it and let it go but that has already happened to up multiple times with Dominos and we were really looking forward to the icing so we called them up and the gentleman on the phone was very polite and understanding. They even offered us a free drink which I declined. Then they showed up at the door 15 minutes later with four cups of icing and the driver was apologetic. Excellent customer service!! We understand mistakes happen. It could happen with anyone. It’s the way they handled it that impressed me. I will order from them many more times in the future.
Just pull up and they were out of dough, but the let me order some wings, I am so thankful. The team at this location is awesome!!!!!nCJ
Had signs marking several curbside service spots. We parked in one and called in requesting they bring out our order. Sat there for a long time and nobody came out so we tried to go in. Employees were VERY confrontational and told us they don’t do curbside service. I asked them about the signs and they said they didn’t care.
Really good thin crispy crust although skimpy on toppings
