I wanted to purchase books per add in Telegram for fundraising. Bag for $5. Poor instructions. Service was awesome.nGot 2 bags, fiction. I will forward the books. I got about 10 books per bag. Will only read 2- 3 of the total. Not books I will read. But I did delete their supply. Felt like I just gave money away.

I live in Killeen and have been to both Harker Heights and Killeen libraries. I go out of my way to drive the extra 30 minutes to this library due to the extremely large selection and friendliness of the staff. They have a small parking garage which always has plenty of room and easy access to an elevator which takes you right to the library's front door.nnTo give you an idea, I recently wanted to learn some web development coding. Harker Heights had one children's book on the subject, Killeen had a few from 2014 and earlier. Temple on the other hand had a selection of almost 15 books on the subject, many of which were published in the last few years.nnYesterday I drove all the way from Killeen and upon arrival found out they are closed for the next month. I happened to catch Dave (David?) on his way in and without me even asking, he offered to get a couple of books for me despite the normal 24 hour turnaround time. Something so simple yet so extremely helpful for me considering the cost of gas and time spent to come all this way. Not once did he act like I was an inconvenience. Thank you, you guys are truly the best!

We just went in today to get library cards and the lady helping us was so kind and made the experience really great. The library has a really good selection of books too!

Well organized, very clean and inviting. Staff is always friendly and helpful. A real plus for the city of Temple.
