We ALWAYS come to Claire’s! Of course with little girls we have to ! This time we had our middle daughter’s ears pierced and it went well like I expected . Staff is very friendly and they provide great customer service . My girls have a great time each visit . We have really enjoyed the turnover in management at this location ,(We used to frequent years ago with a different Store Manager ) however the young lady Rhonda is the current manager , very professional yet down to Earth and she is such a sweetheart ! Store looks much better now, like I’ve mentioned to her before .nShe always asks about my girls and how they are . They even love her too ! Awesome customer service from this staff and great saleswomen .

I brought my 10 month old daughter here for her first piercing. The girl was nice but made horrendous mistakes! When she pierced my daughters ears, one of the backings did not come out of the gun. I was told to use a different kind/ color. She refused to replace with the same kind.nWhen I was insistent on the same backing I paid for she tried again to remove from the gun and was successful.... Then as she tried to put on my daughter she dropped it twice. Once on the floor! She told me it would be alright, she would wipe it off. Then as I went to pay with no additional comments the manager had a major defensive attitude problem.nAlso after I left I noticed I was charged an extra $13.00 on my credit card and instead of the rapid solution I was given the regular.
