Wouldn’t recommend it they set appointments up and don’t show up I asked for manager to call back no one ever called just a waste of time and money had to take off for work for two days with out pay and they can’t even tell me they weren’t going to show up. Takes a while just for them to even finish work that needed to be done months and still isn’t complete.
We've been using terminix since 2013. JOE has been our tech since the beginning. Something happened and we didn't see JOE for a while. We were thinking about canceling service and JOE Called me this morning to make appointment today, we are again in good hands, keep JOE on our route thank you.
Angela provided excellent service. She was polite and informative. And she arrived on time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Had a person come out from Terminex named Nicole, she told me that they would fill the two holes n the attic, spray for rodents and set traps. Set an appt and paid $200+ tax, next day, a guy comes out, has no idea what he’s doing or what’s going on... says they don’t fill holes , and that he CAN spray and CAN set traps if we want ... like we haven’t already paid $200 to have that done. That should’ve been discussed w the tech that came out for the inspection yesterday.. why aren’t these two people on the same page ? Did I over pay for something that they don’t even offer ? I ask the guy how to get ahold of “Nicole “ or if there’s a manager for me to speak to and he doesn’t know of any managers and Nicole conveniently isn’t answering the phone.
The tech is always on time. They will call before they arrive to let me know they are on the way. They are very professional and kind, and very clean!
