It was my first wax experience at this location and Amber did amazing with my Brazilian!! She is very knowledgeable in her profession, detail oriented, and the best part is that she made the experience QUICK & almost completely painless! My tolerance for pain in very low but Amber made the overall experience better. I found a new wax home & will definitely be back. The front counter staff was nice & helpful as well for my first time experience.
First timer at European Wax Center and I was very happy with my experience. Amber did an outstanding job at explaining the process in the beginning, she was quick with the service but still continued to provide me with valuable information I was unaware of before or never heard about during my waxes in the past at other places. Gabby was extremely professional and friendly. She exceeded my expectations. She did a great job on my first Brazilian wax and underarms. She did a great job on my eyebrows too. I will definitely come back just for her. She was knowledgeable about everything. She answered all my questions and concerns. Her vibe is friendly and warm. I was nervous about getting a wax because of previous experiences. This is now my new waxing home.
I have been coming to EWC for a couple of years now and I have never had a bad experience. They’re always so polite and professional. Today I was lucky enough to have Amber and she was so great! She explained everything before doing it, made sure I was comfortable and was patient and helpful when I was having trouble deciding what shape of brow I wanted. She was also very quick and did such an amazing job. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back in 4 weeks!
Was a very professional atmosphere. Amber was my specialist and made everything feel welcoming. She walked me through the process and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before we began. She was very efficient, fast, friendly, and helped me relax. We talked a bit which seemed to make the process go faster and hardly painful at all. She recommended a few products, that I of course had to have, lol. I would recommend her and this place to anyone. Will be returning! Thank you for making me feel like a person and not just another client!
