Very crowded, clean.bunch of crying babies but that wasn’t Jackson Hewitt fault nor any of the ladies there. Very professional. The ladies were laid back and very welcoming. Beth was very good. The store lead was great too
Javonda and Beth are great. I went to Taylor for the early advance and finished my return at Dixie. They stayed late to help me get my return filed and offered lots of great self employment tips.
Jackson hewitt is the worst. They have my direct deposit info when I filed my taxes and I haven't received my stimulus money yet all cause of them. Now instead of direct deposit their gonna mail me my check smh. I'm never doin taxes with jackson hewitt ever again. It's best to learn to do your own taxes so you'll get most of your money back anyway. No fees. But yea jackson hewitt is the worst.
Computers were going down a whole lot and very very slow when they were working, phone were ringing off of the hook and the women handled it very well and did not panic. Clean but bathroom has not hot water overall. 2 of the ladies. Juronda and Beth I thin were their name was were and seemed d to know what They were talking about
I went in today for my refund advance and was helped by Cheryl. She was very good. The wait was very long though and the phone was ringing off the hook. They might need more people working up in there.
