I am absolutely honored to say I am apart of the residence. Moving 3 hours away to go to school was troubling, because i knew i did not want to stay in a dorm. This place is where it is at. The faculty is so easy to communicate with and are so helpful. They made wanting to move so easy and so comforting. I would not change it for anything living here. It is fully furnished and has everything you might need, and most importantly they make you feel safe and welcome. I highly recommend this place!
The staff at university edge is wonderful. So polite and helpful. It is so easy to pay rent online and sign leasing agreements online. Makes my life much easier!! I feel very safe with my daughter living there. The property is beautiful and the apartments are well built!!
I really enjoy living here. Completely furnished, good location, and very nice/helpful staff. I have only ran into one problem while living here ,and once everything was cleared up it was fixed almost immediately. It occasionally gets a little loud living on the first floor, but what else should you expect in apartments filled with college students. Overall I have had a good experience here:)
The application process was very easy and any questions I had were answered promptly. The online portal is also easy to use. As a parent that is out of state, I feel very comfortable with my daughter living here!
Great team of people to deal with! My daughter rented a 4 bedroom while at ETSU and Sarah was amazing with her! Everything handled in great manner and it's a peace of mind for your college student to be in a safe and secure environment while away from home.
