Consistently failed to pick me up, also my prior bus driver knocked over a mailbox and proceeded to pretend it didn't happen.
They never pick up the phone, and my kid was standing outsude while it was raining for Thirty minutes just waiting for a bus that didn't run, they tell you nothing at all, and you can never contact them in the mornings, I would give this Zero stars if i could.
I encountered a female bus driver with a serious case of road rage yesterday. When I called the bus garage to voice my concerns, no one would answer AND their voicemail was full, so I couldn’t leave a message. All I can say is, I would NOT feel comfortable allowing my child to ride with someone yelling at cars and gesturing angrily with a vehicle full of children.
They never answer the God damn phone! I hope none of you ever have an emergency!
Worst people to deal with. Moved here tried to set up bus service no one answered phone. One day wife locked keys in house and boys had to ride bus. Bus driver cussed me out and said he didn't have extra time to add my kids to a bus route.
