RIP OFF RIP OFF DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. An unauthorized and unnecessary procedure was done on me and I was charged extra. Plus they were not following COVID guidelines last June, I was the only one in the place that had a mask on including staff, and had a PTA that had no clue what she was doing. They refuse to remove the charge for the cupping which was not needed at all. The PT was doing computer work and not paying attention to what the PTA was doing. She first asked me about my neck and I said I'm here for my back. Needless to say, I NEVER WENT BACK, and have talked to so many people that have said they would never go to the Bristol, TN location ever again either. I did find a credible PT that knew what they were doing. Note too, the PTA even had me do something that could have made a compression fracture worse. Apparently it's only about making money for these people and not actually helping.

I go to therapy for both my lower back and shoulder. The therapists are excellent...very knowledgeable and professional. Always easy to get in for appointments and work with my schedule. I highly recommend this place. I had vertigo problems almost 2 years ago and first came here and when I had to go someplace for my back I requested this place.

Everyone at this facility cares about your recovery and helps you reach your goals. They're invested in seeing you recover fully and safely. Everyone is friendly and helpful! I recommend this facility to everyone!

Great therapists here! I was very impressed with their knowledge. Corporate could provide support with some more equipment. The therapists are very clever and ingenious with the stuff they have, but some support from corporate would be helpful.
