I had a wonderful experience at Benchmark, all of the employees were very friendly and helpful in my therapy. I have reached a point that my issues have been addressed and am feeling much better

I was gently taken across the goal line to normal function in my shoulder. This is the second time of therapy with Benchmark after two surgeries and I would not choose anyone else.

Exceptional, polite and courteous people, both technicians and therapists!nI would definitely recommend this facility as well as return here if ever requiring their expertise.

The actual Therapy was standard...nnThe Director of this location told me (stating he had spoke with my insurance company) it would cost one thing... then I was billed another.nnBenchMark continues to fight me on this and will not stand behind what their Doctor of Physical Therapy did.nnIn my opinion, BenchMark and the Director of the Greeneville, TN location have lost all credibility.
