So-so experience when I bought my first car here a few years ago, but a much better experience when I came to trade it back in for a much newer car this past time. Austin and Phil were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They weren't super willing to negotiate on pricing but otherwise it was a good experience the second time around. They've done great work on my car every time I've come to get it serviced and I plan to keep coming back for that.

Joe was great! Not pushy like most dealerships, went above & beyond to help with my purchase. Excellent customer service and the friendliest I have dealt with at any other dealership! Trevor the finance manager was also excellent! Both men made my car buying experience here quick and hassle free! By far the best dealership I have dealt with! Highly recommend JC Honda! They will work with you any way they can to get you in a new ride.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Johnson City Honda. Austin, our salesman put us at ease from the beginning, and told us that whatever had to be done to put us in a new Honda, it would be done, He lived up to his word. We will be taking all of our business to Johnson City Honda from now on. Well Done!

We had a great experience at JC Honda. Clay was exceptional to deal with. They gave us a great deal and a fair trade in value for our car. The process was fairly quick and painless. There was no haggling. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. My only critique would be for finance to slow down and explain things and take a little time for the customer to ask questions. Would highly recommend this dealership, however. Ask for Clay.

We had a great experience at this dealership and received excellent service from our salesman, Jason Garrett. We bought a nice SUV at a fair price with no pushy tactics or games. It was exactly the way the car-buying experience should be.
