We’ve lived in our home for eight years and hadn’t had septic tank pumped out, so we decided it was time to get on a regular service schedule. We wanted to find our go-to septic company for services going forward, and to have ready to call in case a problem ever comes up. And Smith County Septic Service is definitely it!nnWe called on Friday, and they got us scheduled for Monday morning. He showed up in a shiny new truck right on time as scheduled. We weren’t exactly positive as to where the tank lid was, but he got right to probing around the area we figured it was and found it with no fuss. He was up and pumping in minutes. He pointed out a few of our system’s features and showed us the signs that let us know our system is in good working order. We discussed upkeep and a good maintenance schedule for a few minutes and then he wrapped up.nnFast, clean, professional, and efficient: everything you could ever ask out of a service provider.

Great experience! My septic tank was full and they came within the hour of me calling them on the day before Christmas Eve. Very reasonable price and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Called to have septic tank pumped. They came out the same week and got the job done with very minimal disruption to lawn. Pricing was on point and they did a really great job.

Outstanding! Did what the owner stated they would do. Not only cleaned the septic system, but discovered a clog in the drain and cleared it.
