I didn't even know where to begin after being injured in a car accident where I was only a passenger and the at-fault insurance company didn't come through with covering medical expenses. Brandon and Jennifer took my case and took all that stress out of my hands. I had a great experience working with them. They answered any and all questions and won my case in the end. I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation that I found myself in!

They didn't really pay may medical bills after the settlement. Im finding out that a year later my er visit and x-rays are in collection and im told by them that it is my responsibility.

I highly recommend the Law Offices of John Day for any of your injury litigation needs. The staff that I worked with, Caroline and Amy, were always very professional, communicative, took the time to explain the process, and reached a positive resolution on my behalf.
